Monroe County is dedicated to continually improving our efforts in combatting the opioid crisis. The Opioid Task Force is designed to strengthen our response, enhance collaboration across key sectors, and ensure that our initiatives are focused and impactful.
Monroe County's Task Force is concentrating on critical areas based on best practice including treatment, recovery, harm reduction, and prevention. This allows us to address the complex challenges posed by the opioid epidemic. We are dedicated to our mission of reducing the impact of opioids on individuals and families and we believe that we can achieve this through strong community collaborations.
